Not completely satisfied with your order? No worries!
Regular priced items will be gladly accepted for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt by you.
Garments must be unworn, odorless and free of stains & alterations of any kind. All security tags & labels must be fitted in the manner they were originally installed.
Included in your parcel, you will find a return sheet. Please follow the instructions and be sure to identify whether you would prefer a store credit or an exchange.
In the event you would like to exchange your garment, be sure to include which item you would like in replacement. Feel free to be picky! You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we'll send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 1 exchange for every item.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Aseret when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Please be advised to retain proof of postage receipt as we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage, parcels incurred during transit. Once your returned parcel is received, please allow 7-10 business days to process.

Please note: all swimwear, bodysuits, discounted items or items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE. In which case, are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
LATE RETURNS
We’re unable to accept returns beyond 14 days of your receipt. Anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
CARRIERS TO RETURN
Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.
All orders will be processed within 2-4 business days from the order date and will take approximately 5-10 business days for standard delivery within the United States.
Please note that Aseret is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped, as shipment times do vary depending on your package origin and destination.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
You will receive an Email notifying you that your order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will then receive another Email indicating your order has been dispatched.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?
Orders will be processed within 24-72 business hours of the date the order was placed. From there the deivery time is dependent on the shipping option of your choosing. Be advised we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM? Â
If the garment meets our return requirements and is within our 14 day return period please ship it back following the instructions on the return form. Please remember to fill in your returns form with your exchange request and be sure to put this form in your parcel when you return it to us.
Once we have received your return, an email will be sent to confirm that we have received it. If your returns face no exceptions your request will be processed, we will send the replacement item and send you a confirmation email.
If the requested item is of greater value an invoice will be sent for the remaining balance. In the event the requested item is of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the difference.
SOMETHING I PURCHASED IS NOW ON SALE. CAN I RECEIVE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?
Unfortunately we do not provide price adjustments.
I'VE SEEN AN ITEM BUT I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND IT ONLINE?
If you see an item on our social media page but do not see it on our website the item is no longer available. We understand how frustrating this can be so we are always looking to restock our most requested pieces or replace them with a similar style. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter where you will be able to add items to your wishlist to increase the probability that it will be restocked.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your order will process within 24-72 business hours. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing your tracking information.  Please allow an additional 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to be updated by couriers.
MY COUPON CODE IS NOT WORKING. WHY?
If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?
If after contacting the designated courier you still need assistance regarding locating your order, feel free to contact us at INFO@SHOPASERET.COM and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
In the event you need to make an adjustment to your order, please contact us immediately.We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after it is placed. Due to this quick turnaround time, once your order has been prepared we are unable to honor any changes.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition please contact us at INFO@SHOPASERET.COM before sending the product back. We will not accept any returns with damages without being notified beforehand. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner. It's important to keep in mind, that all merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping. We can not take fault on damage items after they are worn.
